  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, I require a £10 non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking. £10 will be taken from each service you book, so for example if you book for 1 service the booking fee will be £10 and if you book in for 2 services the booking fee with be £20. This booking fee ensures that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. It's part of my commitment to provide personalised and dedicated service to each of my clients. The booking fee will be deducted from your total service cost at the end of your appointment. Please note, this booking fee is non-refundable as it covers the initial reservation of your appointment slot. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a top-quality beauty experience right at your doorstep!
  • Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
    Depending on the treatment you've selected, there may be some preparation required beforehand. I have provided detailed instructions through the Fresha app when you book your appointment. If you're still unsure or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

    For clients under the age of 18, I require full written consent from a parent or carer. This consent should be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide this consent may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

    I operate my business from a dedicated beauty room in my home in Newton-le-Willows. Being home-based allows me to provide a more personalised and flexible service to my clients. While I may not have a traditional salon space, rest assured that I am fully equipped and dedicated to delivering the highest quality beauty services.
