Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Process: Clients can book appointments with CH Beauty for beauty treatments via the Fresha app or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.

  2. Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £10 per treatment is required to secure your appointment slot. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

  3. Payment: Payment for the booking fee can be made securely through the Fresha app at the time of booking. The remaining balance for your treatment will be due at the time of service.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any additional charges. If you wish to reschedule within this timeframe, your booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment slot.

  5. Booking Fees and Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is not made before this 48-hour window, the full fee for the service will be charged. This policy ensures we can offer your reserved time to other clients.

  6. Refund Policy: Once a service has been provided, the time and resources have already been dedicated to delivering that service. Therefore, I do not offer refunds for any of the beauty treatments, services or consultations.

  7. Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, CH Beauty reserves the right to cancel your appointment and retain the booking fee.

  8. Risk Disclosure: Clients are informed of the risks associated with each beauty treatment outlined in the consultation form provided on Fresha after booking an appointment. It is the client's responsibility to review and understand these risks before proceeding with the treatment.

  9. Consultation Form: Prior to your appointment, you will be required to fill in a consultation form. This form helps me understand your medical history, allergies and any other relevant information that may impact your treatment. Your safety and well-being are my top priorities and the information provided in the consultation form will enable me to tailor the treatment to suit your specific needs.

  10. Patch Test Acknowledgement: Services that require a patch test will be clearly indicated in the Fresha booking system. It is essential that you undergo a patch test for these services to proceed. If you do not complete the patch test, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. The booking fee for your appointment will be retained as per policy. If your appointment is cancelled due to an incomplete patch test, you may reschedule your appointment. Please ensure that you complete the patch test at least 24 hours before your new appointment time.

  11. Property Damage Disclaimer: Every effort is made to prevent damage to property during beauty treatments. However, clients acknowledge, when booking an appointment, that damage to property may occur. CH Beauty is not liable for any damages to personal or third-party property that may occur during or as a result of the beauty treatment.

  12. Parental Consent: For clients under the age of 18, full, written consent from a parent or caregiver is required before booking an appointment. Failure to provide this consent may result in the cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the booking fee.

  13. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about any medical conditions, allergies or other relevant details that may affect their treatment. Failure to disclose such information may result in CH Beauty refusing to provide the requested service.

  14. Liability: While CH Beauty takes every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients, I cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions, injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of the treatment. By booking an appointment with CH Beauty, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.

  15. Changes to Terms and Conditions: CH Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these booking terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the Fresha app.
